Submitting a request does not guarantee any particular outcome or timeline. We do not make individualized commitments outside of our published process. All requests are reviewed on a reasonable-efforts basis.
What to Include in Your Request
To help us respond as quickly as possible, please include the following in your message:
- Your name and email address (or the email associated with your CDN account)
- A clear description of the issue, request, or content in question
- The phone number, post ID, or URL of any relevant content, if applicable
- Any supporting information or evidence relevant to your request
- Your relationship to the content (e.g., you are the depicted person, the account holder, the copyright owner)
Incomplete requests may take longer to process or may require follow-up before we can take action.
